About the role

We are looking for a proactive Operations Executive (Senior level) to support our Operations Manager in overseeing quotations, delivery schedules and the full supply‑chain process. This role is based in Muar and offers an innovative environment where you can grow your career in retail and consumer products.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist the Operations Manager in preparing and reviewing customer quotations.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Manage end‑to‑end supply‑chain activities, including inventory monitoring and logistics coordination.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and supply‑chain performance metrics.
