Operations Design & Performance Management Executive

About the role

This position is responsible for designing and improving operational processes across all Asia‑Pacific countries and business units. The role focuses on driving efficiency, harmonising system workflows and supporting continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Support operations in the preparation and generation of monthly and weekly reports.
• Assist in resolving operational issues raised by key users and team leads related to processes or systems.
• Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at increasing service delivery effectiveness and efficiency.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and knowledge transfer for APTC users during releases and change requests.
• Lead and support the development and implementation of improvement initiatives across APTC teams.
• Prepare and analyse data for KPI reporting to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain and update knowledge documentation within APTC.
• Collaborate with country and hub organisations to ensure accurate input, compliance and risk minimisation.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, including hands‑on order management and shipping document handling.
• Strong analytical thinking and good communication skills.
