About the role

We are looking for an Operation Executive to oversee daily operational activities, manage stock and delivery orders, and ensure smooth coordination across teams. The role is based on‑site in Petaling Jaya Selatan and offers a stable career path within a growing company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and monitor stock movements.
• Process and track delivery orders to guarantee timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate daily operational tasks and monitor progress against SOPs.
• Track tasks, update status, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Facilitate team collaboration and maintain clear communication channels.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and company policies.
