About the role

The Operation & Customer Service Executive will support daily operations and ensure high‑quality service for customers. The role is suited to individuals who enjoy solving problems, coordinating people, improving processes and making sure tasks are completed on time. You will act as a bridge between customers and internal departments, helping to translate needs into actionable solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and resolve operational issues affecting customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline service processes.
  • Monitor and improve customer service workflows.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.
  • Maintain records of service activities and outcomes.
  • Track performance metrics related to service delivery.
  • Provide feedback to management on process gaps.
