About the role
The Operation Assistant will support haulage and forwarding activities for a leading transport provider based in Pasir Gudang, Johor. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the chance to work within a dynamic logistics environment and develop professional skills in transport operations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating daily haulage tasks, ensuring timely pick‑up and delivery of goods.
- Support forwarding processes, including preparation of shipping documents and tracking of shipments.
- Collaborate with drivers, warehouse staff and the logistics team to resolve operational issues and maintain service quality.
Required profile
- Basic education level (e.g., secondary school) with a strong interest in logistics and transport.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and follow standard operating procedures.
