NPI Engineer

About the role

The NPI Engineer will support new product introduction activities, focusing on planning, production processes, quality control and continuous improvement within a multinational engineering environment. Based on‑site in Shah Alam, the role offers the chance to contribute to product launches while working in a supportive and collaborative culture.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in new product planning and development, helping to define specifications and timelines.
• Support and optimise production processes for newly introduced products, ensuring efficient manufacturing.
• Monitor product quality, perform quality control checks and address any deviations.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance product and process performance.

Required profile

• Demonstrated strong interest in new product planning, production processes, quality control and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work on‑site in a team‑oriented, multinational setting.
