About the role

We are looking for a Network Operation Centre (NOC) Engineer to join our team in Cyberjaya. The role involves continuous monitoring and maintenance of our telecom networks, ensuring that incidents are addressed promptly and service level agreements are met around the clock.

Key responsibilities

Monitor telecom network performance in a 24/7 NOC environment.
Maintain network equipment and configurations to guarantee optimal operation.
Handle network incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and coordinate resolution.
Ensure compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for uptime and response times.

Required profile

Experience in monitoring and maintaining telecom networks.
Proven ability to handle network incidents efficiently.
Commitment to work in a 24/7 operational setting.
