Multinational Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic specialist to join our regional centre in Kuala Lumpur, supporting customers and brokers across 20 Asia‑Pacific countries. The role involves coordinating insurance partners, policy issuance, premiums and claims while ensuring a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers and brokers to ensure a seamless experience with our services.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as policy issuance speed and premium collection.
• Maintain data quality in administrative systems.
• Ensure consistency of local insurance policies with global commitments.
• Provide support on unusual queries and arrangements for customers, colleagues and insurance partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with insurance partners.

Required profile

• Passion for insurance, communication and international trade.
• Experience in international insurance, fronting business, non‑life underwriting, reinsurance or claims is an advantage.
• Technical knowledge of non‑life products (property, liability, motor, financial lines) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer focus.
• Strong sense of responsibility and accuracy.
• Fluent English; additional Chinese language is a plus.
