Mortgage Sales Executive – Klang Valley

About the role

The Mortgage Sales Executive will drive new mortgage loan origination for Hong Leong Bank in the Klang Valley region. You will be responsible for meeting loan booking targets while building strong relationships with key real‑estate stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Aggressively source, qualify and book new mortgage loans for the bank.
• Achieve monthly loan booking targets and maintain performance standards.
• Develop and nurture relationships with property developers, real‑estate agents, lawyers and valuers.
• Attend developer launches, road shows and property exhibitions as required.
• Promote mortgage products and cross‑sell other banking solutions.
• Uphold professionalism, protect the bank’s interests and comply with all policies, guidelines and regulations.
• Participate in team projects, group management programmes and other collaborative initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum education: SPM, Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged; prior sales experience is an advantage.
• Successful completion of PCE (General), PCE (Life), PCE (Unit‑linked), CEILI and CUTE certifications.
• Own transport is required.
