About the role
We are looking for a motivated Mortgage Consultant to join our Penang branch. You will play a key role in driving mortgage sales and delivering excellent service to our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new mortgage business from both primary and secondary markets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective borrowers and referral partners.
- Meet and exceed the sales targets set by the bank.
- Provide accurate information on mortgage products and guide customers through the application process.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Result‑oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and develop through on‑the‑job training.
