About the role

We are looking for a motivated Mill Engineer or Assistant Mill Engineer (Cadet) to join Taclico Company’s engineering team in Padang Serai, Kedah. This full‑time, on‑site position is part of our Mechanical Engineering division and offers direct mentorship, hands‑on exposure to mill operations, and a clear pathway toward senior engineering roles. The role provides a supportive environment where new engineers can apply theoretical knowledge to real‑world mill processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior engineers in daily mill operations and maintenance activities.
• Participate in on‑site engineering tasks under expert guidance.
• Engage in training programmes designed to develop practical engineering skills.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about building a career in mechanical or industrial engineering.
