Medical Product Specialist

About the role

Servier seeks a Medical Product Specialist to promote ethical, market‑leading pharmaceutical products to general practitioners, healthcare professionals, and pharmacists in the Petaling Jaya territory. The role focuses on achieving sales and growth targets through strategic promotional activities and strong relationships with HCPs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑quality sales calls, promotional activities, and CME programmes in line with company policies and ethical standards.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, positioning yourself as a reliable partner in patient care.
• Support enlistment and growth of key and newly launched products, engaging HCPs in disease‑centric discussions.
• Present clinical evidence to demonstrate product benefits and maintain accurate reporting via the CRM system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, science, or para‑medical field; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Non‑science graduates must have at least 3 years of experience as a Medical Sales Representative or similar commercial role.
• Self‑driven, proactive, highly motivated, and target‑oriented with a proven sales record.
• Strong negotiation, selling, and communication skills; resilient and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
