About the role

The Medical Claims Executive is responsible for handling all documentation, inquiries and administrative tasks related to medical claims. You will work on‑site in Petaling Jaya, collaborating with the claims team to keep records accurate and to address any questions promptly. The role ensures that claim processes run smoothly and that service is delivered in a timely manner, supporting the company’s insurance and superannuation functions.

Key responsibilities

Manage and process medical claim documentation.
Respond to internal and external inquiries concerning medical claims.
Perform a range of administrative tasks to support the claims department.
Maintain efficient operations and ensure timely service delivery.
