Master Data Officer

About the role

Molnlycke is seeking a Master Data Officer to join its team at Kulim Hi‑Tech Park, Kedah. The role is contract‑based and will be performed on‑site, supporting a critical project that requires high‑quality master data across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare master data sets for upcoming system implementations.
• Cleanse and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Apply data governance standards and monitor data quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in the migration of master data from legacy sources to new platforms.
• Document data definitions, rules, and procedures for future reference.
• Collaborate with functional teams to resolve data issues and support project timelines.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Experience working with large data sets in an administrative or data‑entry environment.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kulim and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Contract‑oriented availability for the duration of the project.
