Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives within the motorcycle industry. You will join a young, energetic team passionate about motorcycles and work on building the brand’s presence in Penang and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Plan, launch, and monitor multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event activations.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform decision‑making.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to achieve targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience (3‑5 years) in a marketing management role, preferably within the automotive or motorcycle sector.
• Strong communication, leadership and analytical abilities.
• Passion for motorcycles and a keen interest in the industry.
