About the role

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing initiatives for a prominent Malaysian food & beverage chain. Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee a team of five and drive brand growth across online channels.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute paid media strategies on Meta, Google and TikTok platforms.
Manage a 5‑person digital marketing team, setting goals and monitoring performance.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align campaigns with brand objectives.
Analyse campaign data, optimise spend and report ROI to stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital tools.

Required profile

Proven experience in digital advertising for the F&B sector.
Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
Excellent analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
