Marketing & Communications Intern

About the role

Join Bosch Group’s Marketing team in Shah Alam as a Marketing & Communications Intern. You will support digital marketing and communication initiatives, gaining hands‑on experience across campaigns, data analysis, and market research while working alongside seasoned professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Communication Manager with communication initiatives and the customer excellence program.
• Support the creation and execution of digital campaigns (SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising).
• Track and monitor campaign performance, identifying optimisation opportunities.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare KPI/ROI reports.
• Conduct market research to provide strategic insights.
• Help organise internal meetings, workshops and liaise with stakeholders.
• Manage content for online channels and maintain databases.
• Research emerging digital‑marketing trends and tools.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to the marketing team as needed.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, motivated and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
