Market Developer (Sales) – Klang

About the role

The Market Developer will be based in Klang and will focus on expanding the presence of Coca‑Cola products across local retail outlets. This on‑site position involves building relationships with store owners, understanding their needs and driving sales growth in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to assigned outlets in Klang and Port Klang to promote the brand and gather market intelligence.
• Generate accurate sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Achieve agreed volume and productivity targets through proactive selling and upselling.
• Monitor shelf placement, stock levels and promotional compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales or retail distribution, preferably in the beverage sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
