Mandarin Customer Service Representative – Travel Industry

About the role

We are looking for a Mandarin‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our travel‑focused call centre in Subang Jaya. You will be the first point of contact for Mandarin‑speaking travelers, helping them with inquiries, bookings, and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to emails in Mandarin, providing accurate travel information.
• Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications according to company policies.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly performance targets and contribute to team goals.

Required profile

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Previous experience in a call‑centre or customer‑service environment, preferably in travel.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in a fast‑paced team.
