Manager, Land Acquisition & Business Development (Property/Real Estate)

About the role

Temokin Development is seeking a proactive Manager to lead land acquisition and business development initiatives within the property and real estate sector. You will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, securing land parcels, and driving projects from concept through regulatory approval.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and secure land acquisition opportunities aligned with company growth objectives.
• Conduct thorough due diligence, including financial, legal, and environmental assessments.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and manage relationships with landowners, agents, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and obtain all necessary regulatory approvals and permits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop project plans and ensure timely execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in land acquisition, property development, or related business development roles.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian land laws, zoning regulations, and approval processes.
• Proven negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
