About the role
TMK Chemical is seeking a motivated Management Trainee to join its logistics team in Klang/Port Klang. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on exposure to order processing, delivery coordination and customer service within a leading inorganic chemical market.
Key responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and timely.
- Arrange deliveries and coordinate with transport partners.
- Resolve delivery issues and communicate solutions to customers.
- Provide responsive customer service throughout the order lifecycle.
- Maintain and file relevant documentation for shipments and orders.
