About the role
Esri is seeking a Managed Services Consultant to deliver GIS application support, training and managed services to its clients. The role focuses on maintaining reliable geospatial systems and ensuring an exceptional client experience while working in a hybrid setting based in Shah Alam, Selangor.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support for GIS applications used by clients.
- Deliver training sessions to help users maximise the value of geospatial tools.
- Manage and monitor GIS services to guarantee system reliability and performance.
- Act as a point of contact to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery.
Required profile
- Based in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.
- Available for a full‑time, hybrid work arrangement.
