About the role
The Maintenance Executive is responsible for the overall upkeep of plant machinery at our Senawang facility. This role ensures that all equipment operates within defined working standards and that maintenance activities are carried out in a systematic and documented manner. The successful candidate will also design and roll out maintenance procedures that support reliability and safety. The position is full‑time and based on‑site, reporting to the engineering manager.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain all machinery, ensuring each piece operates at required working standards, performing regular checks and addressing any deviations promptly to minimise downtime.
- Create, document, and implement comprehensive maintenance procedures, establishing clear guidelines for routine and corrective actions and ensuring consistent equipment performance.
