Legal and Corporate Affair Jr Executive

About the role

Mayu Global Group is seeking a Junior Executive to support its Legal and Corporate Affairs function in Butterworth. The role will act as a liaison between the company and external counsel, handling conveyancing and corporate matters while ensuring legal documents are up‑to‑date. This position offers a solid foundation for a career in corporate law.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with external lawyers on conveyancing transactions and corporate legal matters.
• Review, draft, and maintain contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation.
• Monitor compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.
• Assist in preparing legal reports and summaries for senior management.
• Support corporate governance activities, such as board meeting documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma or degree in Law or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
