Lead Analyst – Enterprise Platform Transformation (WebMethods)

About the role

The Lead Analyst will drive the Enterprise Platform Transformation initiatives for AIA Digital+ by overseeing end‑to‑end delivery of the WebMethods‑based application suite. Reporting to the platform management team, you will combine technical expertise with analytical leadership to ensure robust system design and seamless integration across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect system components for the enterprise platform, ensuring scalability and alignment with business objectives.
• Develop, configure, and maintain WebMethods solutions in accordance with functional specifications.
• Conduct unit testing, system testing and integration testing to validate functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support full lifecycle delivery, from requirements gathering to production deployment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and analysts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading enterprise‑level platform projects, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with diverse stakeholders.
