About the role

Join Chemopharm as a Lab Automation Specialist and help build the automation backbone that powers faster, smarter clinical diagnostics. You will work at the intersection of laboratory science, information technology, and pre‑sales, delivering seamless workflow solutions for hospitals and labs across Malaysia.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement lab automation systems for clinical diagnostic sites.
• Collaborate with clinical, IT, and pre‑sales teams to integrate hardware and software components.
• Travel to hospital and laboratory sites to oversee installations, conduct training, and ensure successful go‑live.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed automation solutions.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, workflows, and best practices.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or experience in biomedical engineering, laboratory science, or related technical field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate clinical requirements into automated solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders.
