About the role

Join the Kijang Graduate Programme (KGP 10.0) and contribute to Malaysia’s economy through high‑impact central banking projects. This 18‑month hybrid programme offers three rotations across key Bank functions, providing a solid foundation in finance, policy and innovation.

Key responsibilities

Participate in central banking projects that influence the national economy.
Complete three structured rotations across core Bank departments.
Engage in continuous learning and development activities.
Collaborate with senior staff to deliver policy‑related outcomes.

Required profile

Recent graduate with a strong interest in finance, economics or public policy.
Motivated to work in a hybrid environment.
Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
Willingness to rotate across different functional areas.
