Junior Manager Program – Technical Track

About the role

Join Bosch’s Junior Managers Program (Technical) and accelerate your career as a future leader in automation, robotics and smart manufacturing. You will rotate across technical functions and manufacturing sites, gaining hands‑on experience in cutting‑edge Industry 4.0 projects.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through Technical Functions (TEF) and Manufacturing with a focus on automation, robotics, and digitalization.
• Lead and support automation projects from concept and feasibility to full implementation.
• Contribute to productivity improvement, cost reduction and safety enhancements through automated solutions.
• Support industrialisation and ramp‑up of automated production lines.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing, engineering and global automation teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Automation, Robotics, Manufacturing, Software, Industrial Engineering).
• Strong interest in automation, robotics, testing and smart manufacturing.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work on the shop floor and in cross‑functional environments.
• High learning agility and willingness to rotate across functions and locations.
