Junior IT Executive

About the role

Ten Toes Academy is seeking a Junior IT Executive to join its on‑site team in Yong Peng. This entry‑level position offers the opportunity to support the organisation’s daily technology needs and gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving educational environment. You will work closely with the academy’s staff to ensure that all IT services operate reliably and that any disruptions are addressed swiftly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line IT support to staff and students, responding to technical queries promptly and ensuring user satisfaction.
• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware components, including desktops, laptops, printers and peripheral devices, performing repairs or replacements as needed.
• Monitor and upkeep network infrastructure, checking connectivity, configuring routers or switches, and addressing any network outages to keep the campus online.
• Identify and resolve technical issues across the organisation, documenting incidents and solutions to improve future response efficiency.
