IT Technician & Library Support (Junior Executive/Executive)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Technician & Library Support professional to maintain and enhance the technology infrastructure and library services of our school. The role is ideal for a junior‑level executive who enjoys hands‑on technical work in an educational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support for computers, printers, networking equipment and related hardware.
• Maintain and troubleshoot the school’s library management system and digital resources.
• Assist teachers and staff with software installations, updates and user account management.
• Monitor and ensure the reliability of internet connectivity and Wi‑Fi across the campus.
• Maintain inventory of IT and library equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or 0‑2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Strong interest in working within an educational setting.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
