IT Support Executive

About the role

The IT Support Executive will join Esthetics International Group in Shah Alam to provide day‑to‑day technical assistance to employees. You will be the first point of contact for hardware, software and network queries, ensuring smooth operation of the company’s IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries, research issues and deliver clear solutions.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and peripheral problems.
• Maintain and configure workstations, laptops and related equipment.
• Monitor network performance and assist in basic network troubleshooting.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the help‑desk system.

Required profile

• Strong interest in information technology and customer service.
• Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently on‑site.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems and common office applications.
• Familiarity with network fundamentals and troubleshooting tools.
