About the role
Innomed is looking for an IT Support Engineer focused on systems and network operations. Based in Johor Bahru, you will support customers on‑site in Singapore and manage the company’s internal IT infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Provide on‑site technical support to customers in Singapore.
- Maintain and troubleshoot internal IT systems, including servers and workstations.
- Manage network connectivity, monitor performance and resolve issues.
- Handle SQL database access and related queries.
- Control software access permissions for end‑users.
Required profile
- Strong problem‑solving attitude and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Willingness to work a hybrid schedule with five days on‑site.
