IT Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology projects for our HaaS Technologies portfolio. The role is based on‑site in Kuala Lumpur and reports to senior management, overseeing the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure. You will work closely with product owners to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor IT and cloud projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including developers, engineers, and external vendors.
• Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular status updates and risk assessments.
• Define project deliverables, milestones, and success criteria aligned with business objectives.
• Track project budgets and resource allocation.
• Implement change management processes and ensure compliance with organisational standards.
• Conduct post‑project reviews to capture lessons learned.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience managing IT, cloud, or technical projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects through all phases, from planning to delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field preferred.
