About the role

We are looking for an IT Engineer to join our team in Perai, Penang. The role focuses on delivering pre‑ and after‑sales technical support, assisting the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through product training and relationship management.

Key responsibilities

Provide pre‑sales technical assistance to prospective customers.
Deliver after‑sales support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Assist the sales team with technical queries and solution design.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
Manage customer relationships and respond to inquiries promptly.

What we offer

Monthly salary between RM 4,000 and RM 5,000.
Additional RM 300 per month for perfect attendance.
Confirmation bonus.
Various allowances.
