About the role
We are seeking an IT Assistant to join our team in Shah Alam. The role involves providing day‑to‑day IT support, maintaining our automated reminder system, and handling customer and vehicle data. This is a full‑time, on‑site position that contributes to the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver first‑line IT support to internal users and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain and troubleshoot the automated reminder system to ensure timely notifications.
- Manage and update customer and vehicle data within company databases.
Required profile
- Strong interest in information technology and willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail when handling data.
- Good communication skills to interact with users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
