ISO Compliance & Controller

About the role

The ISO Compliance & Controller will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems across our construction projects. You will ensure QHSE compliance, support audit activities and act as the main point of contact for all quality and safety matters.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and improve ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 documentation.
• Plan, coordinate and lead internal and external audits.
• Monitor corrective actions and ensure timely closure.
• Provide training and guidance to project teams on QHSE standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to embed compliance into daily operations.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in engineering, quality management or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience managing ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems, preferably in construction.
• Strong analytical abilities and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work on‑site and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
