Invoice to Cash Internship

About the role
This internship focuses on the end‑to‑end Invoice to Cash (ITC) process, supporting daily operations and KPI reporting. You will assist in audit documentation, perform customer reconciliations, and deliver high‑quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Execute daily Invoice to Cash tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and update ITC KPI reports for management.
- Generate audit documents and reports for year‑end reviews.
- Conduct customer reconciliations as requested by auditors or clients.
- Provide timely support to various business units and handle ad‑hoc tasks.
Required profile
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
- Available for a minimum six‑month internship.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Team‑oriented, mature and able to work independently.
- Willing to work onsite at Mercu Aspire, Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.
