About the role
This internship supports the Invoice to Cash (ITC) process on a daily basis, helping the finance team prepare KPI reports and audit documentation. You will work closely with auditors and various business units to ensure accurate customer reconciliations.
Key responsibilities
- Process daily Invoice to Cash tasks and maintain related records.
- Assist in preparing ITC KPI reports for internal stakeholders.
- Generate audit documents and reports for year‑end reviews.
- Perform customer reconciliations as requested by auditors or customers.
- Provide high‑quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support additional finance activities as needed.
Required profile
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
- Available for a 6‑month internship.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Team‑player with a high level of maturity and independence.
- Willing to work onsite at Mercu Aspire, Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.
