About the role
We are seeking a creative Interior Designer to design and makeover our residential units. Working in a hybrid setting, you will directly influence the living experience of homeowners and future tenants. You will translate client needs into functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces, ensuring each unit reflects modern living standards.
Key responsibilities
- Design interior layouts and select finishes for unit makeovers.
- Develop design concepts that enhance comfort and functionality.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure designs are executed on schedule.
- Prepare design documentation and material specifications.
Required profile
- Passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work both on‑site and remotely in a hybrid model.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and contractors.
