Insurance Operations Specialist (Cantonese‑Speaker)

About the role

Join the Middle Office team at Marsh Malaysia as an Insurance Operations Specialist supporting the Hong Kong market. This hybrid position requires at least three days a week in the Kuala Lumpur Shared Services Operations Office.

Key responsibilities

• On‑board new clients, set them up in internal systems and monitor due‑diligence progress.
• Prepare quotes, contracts, endorsements and renewal documentation using standard templates.
• Review renewal reports, identify risks early and ensure accurate premium payments.
• Coordinate policy servicing workflow, respond to operational queries and maintain records in the broking system.
• Support digital placement platforms, issue confirmation letters and prepare tax schedules where needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in insurance operations or related financial services.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; ability to read/write Chinese is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
