Industrialization Project Lead – Semiconductor Testing

About the role

We are looking for an Industrialization Project Lead to own semiconductor final‑test industrialization and transfer projects across Bosch’s International Production Network. The role bridges product development and global manufacturing sites, ensuring that new semiconductor components are ready for high‑volume testing on schedule and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and drive industrialization and transfer projects within the International Production Network (IPN).
• Ensure final‑test readiness in the semiconductor backend according to agreed milestones.
• Act as the primary interface between product development teams and international plant locations.
• Develop and maintain structured project plans, including timelines, work packages and risk management.
• Build and lead cross‑functional industrialization teams (technical, logistics, operations, etc.).
• Define and align requirements for final‑test processes and material flow in production plants.
• Facilitate workshops and moderate cross‑functional meetings to secure alignment and progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in semiconductor industrialization, backend testing or a comparable manufacturing environment.
