About the role
We are seeking an Industrial Engineer (Cost Control) to join our team at EVE Energy Malaysia in Kulim. The role focuses on driving cost reduction, enhancing production efficiency, and supporting Lean Manufacturing initiatives within our manufacturing operations. The position is full‑time and on‑site at our Kulim facility, reporting to the engineering department. By optimizing costs and efficiency, the engineer will contribute to the company’s competitiveness and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities across production processes.
- Analyze production data to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on cost performance metrics.
- Assist in continuous improvement projects related to Lean Manufacturing.
- Prepare cost analysis reports for management review.
