Import/Export Senior Executive

About the role

As an Import/Export Senior Executive you will lead the end‑to‑end management of international shipments, ensuring smooth import and export operations while maintaining strict customs compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor international freight movements, including air, sea and land transport.
• Handle customs documentation and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Track shipments in real time and resolve any delays or issues that arise.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners such as freight forwarders, carriers and customs brokers.
• Maintain accurate records of import/export activities and prepare regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in import/export logistics, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of customs procedures and international trade regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
