About the role
The Human Resources Specialist will lead recruitment, HR operations, and employee development in a fast‑growing global company. You will work on‑site in KL Eco City, collaborating with regional HR teams and gaining global exposure.
Key responsibilities
- Provide global exposure and regional HR collaboration.
- Own end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
- Manage people operations and employee development initiatives.
- Coordinate recruitment campaigns across regions.
- Oversee onboarding and integration of new hires.

- Experience in recruitment and HR operations within a fast‑growing environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively across regions.
