Human Resources Internship – Learning & Development, Branding

About the role

This internship supports the Country HR Representative (C/HRR) on a range of HR topics, focusing on Learning & Development, Employer Branding, and Talent Acquisition. You will help create engaging media content and participate in HR engagement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support C/HRR on overall country HR topics, including Learning & Development, Employer Branding, and Talent Acquisition.
• Assist in creating engaging media content for recruitment, HR events, and employer branding initiatives, developing written content and sourcing visuals.
• Plan and actively participate in the execution of HR engagement activities.
• Assist with survey preparation and analysis.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support HR policy research and development.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree in HR, Mass Communication, or related fields.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Proficiency with design and editing tools such as Canva.
• Ability to create creative content and visuals.
• Good analytical skills and basic proficiency in Excel.
• Internship duration of at least 4 months, starting in January 2027.
