About the role

We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Intern to join Whale Cloud Technology in Kuala Lumpur. You will support the HR operations team and assist in technology hiring within a fast‑paced, supportive environment that encourages both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the HR operations team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
• Support the recruitment process for technical positions, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Help maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Contribute to onboarding activities and ensure a smooth experience for new hires.
