About the role

Join Bosch Group’s Human Resources team in Petaling Jaya as a Generalist Intern. You will support daily HR operations, contribute to projects, and gain exposure to a global technology leader.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate orientation sessions, meetings and take minutes.
Prepare basic HR reports and dashboards covering headcount, turnover and leave trends.
Create HR communications, presentation decks and meeting materials.
Assist with special HR projects, including digital improvement initiatives, survey design and analysis, and employer branding activities.

Required profile

Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Availability for a 4‑6 month internship starting August 2026.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
