Human Resources Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Executive to lead the full‑spectrum HR function at our manufacturing facility in Senai, Johor. The role involves managing payroll, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and handling documentation for foreign workers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and off‑boarding.
• Administer payroll accurately and on schedule for all employees.
• Maintain compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies.
• Prepare, review and submit documentation required for foreign worker permits and visas.
• Provide guidance to line managers on employee relations and HR best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a generalist HR role within Malaysia.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour legislation and foreign worker regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously with high attention to detail.
