Human Resources Associate (6-Month Contract)

About the role

Wipro Consumer Care is seeking a proactive Human Resources Associate for a six‑month contract. You will work on‑site in Subang Jaya, supporting a range of HR functions and gaining hands‑on experience across recruitment, learning & development, onboarding, and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in full‑cycle recruitment, from job posting to candidate coordination.
• Support learning and development initiatives, including training logistics and tracking.
• Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth entry for new hires.
• Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Handle routine HR administrative tasks and maintain accurate employee records.
• Collaborate with HR team members on various initiatives and projects.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a keen interest in HR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
