About the role

Join a fast‑growing food & beverage group as a Human Resources Assistant Manager. You will shape the HR function by leading recruitment, ensuring compliance, driving people development, and managing daily HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for restaurant and support roles.
• Maintain compliance with Malaysian labour regulations and internal policies.
• Support employee development through training coordination and performance management.
• Oversee daily HR operations, including employee records, payroll assistance, and benefits administration.
• Handle employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the F&B or hospitality sector.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment law and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
